Job Description

Executive Housekeeper Homewood MD (BaltimoreArea)

PartTime 2530 Hours/Week MondayFriday $60K DOE Benefits

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness organization and overall maintenance of a fivebedroom residence. This role requires a proactive detailoriented professional who can ensure a wellrun household while upholding the highest standards of discretion and service.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: MondayFriday approximately 2530 hours per week (flexible start time can begin at 10 AM).
  • Compensation: $60K per year commensurate with experience plus benefits.
  • Location: Homewood MD (Baltimorearea).

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management:

  • Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and follow structured cleaning schedules while adapting to household needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors service providers and maintenance staff for home upkeep and repairs.
  • Supervise maintenance and service visits to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Support events hosted at the residence including setup and postevent cleanup (occasional evenings/weekends required).
  • Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage procurement.
  • Handle household errands including shopping and eventrelated tasks.
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of fine furnishings artwork and luxury finishes.
  • Implement and maintain effective organizational systems within the home.

Housekeeping & Cleaning Duties:

  • Perform routine cleaning of all rooms including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain an orderly and wellkept environment.
  • Manage seasonal deepcleaning projects.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the residence.

Personal Housekeeping Duties:

  • Handle all laundry and linen care including ironing folding and wardrobe organization.
  • Assist with personal laundry and upkeep of the principles personal spaces.
  • Support guest accommodations and eventrelated preparations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a highprofile residence or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong discretion and confidentiality in handling private household matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience caring for fine furnishings artwork and delicate materials.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
  • Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required for running errands (mileage reimbursed).
