Position Overview

We are seeking a detailoriented Intake Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for new matters and to keep our clientservice engine running smoothly. This fulltime onsite role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety takes initiative and brings a warm solutionsoriented attitude to each interaction.

  • Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00a.m.5:00p.m. 40hours/week)
  • Location: Farmington Hills MI (onsite)
  • Status: Nonexempt hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake Emails: Monitor and triage incoming intake emails ensuring timely routing and followup.
  • CollectionRelated OneOff Requests (CORQ): Process adhoc collection inquiries and tasks with accuracy and urgency.
  • Letter Creation & Mailing: Draft proof and mail letters using firm templates; maintain meticulous records of all correspondence.
  • Email Letter Requests: Prepare and send requested letters via email confirming delivery and documenting in the casemanagement system.
  • House Voice Mails: Retrieve and log voicemail messages; return or redirect calls as appropriate.
  • FrontDesk Coverage: Greet clients and visitors answer multiline phones and provide seamless frontdesk support when the receptionist is unavailable.

What Youll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in a legal collections or highvolume administrative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional courteous phone manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel) and comfort learning new software.
  • Reliability discretion and a proactive mindsetwhen you see something that needs doing you do it.

NicetoHave

  • Familiarity with legal terminology collection workflows or lawoffice casemanagement systems.
  • Prior frontdesk or customerservice experience.
