Our Regional Customer Support Center in Mannheim is responsible for technical and application customer service for Germany Switzerland Austria Belgium the Netherlands Greece and Turkey.
In this internship you will be part of a highly qualified team of product specialists and experience the interface between technology IT natural sciences and medicine. In the Customer Support Center you will help to support our laboratory systems for medical diagnostics. You will learn more about the daily business of the international Customer Support Center including the coordination of the hotline and trainings for our customers in laboratories and hospitals in seven European countries.
You will be warmly welcomed into the team right from the start and will gain exciting insights into various areas. The focus is to guarantee a constant learning effect and challenge you while also offering the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.
Your tasks
Support and coordination of applicative and technical service projects
Support of workforce planning for hotline & training
Creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management Tools
Optimization and editing of process descriptions
Creation of analyses and reports for controlling purposes
Your profile
You must be enrolled in a Masters program in biology molecular biology biochemistry chemistry medicine or a comparable program
You have experience in project management
You are familiar with the MS Office package particularly Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools
You have a keen interest in new ideas and question conventional thought patterns
You convince with your analytical approach and have a high degree of independence and coordination skills
You enjoy working in a team especially in an international context.
You have good written and spoken English skills. Ideally you speak German at least B2.
