Whats the role
Katalyst Surgical part of the ZEISS Group and an industry leader in the design manufacturing and quality control of ophthalmic surgical instruments is growing and looking for energetic handson Assembly Technicians to join our Production teams. Katalyst Surgical is a rapidly growing reputable organization and member of the Zeiss Family of Companies operating out of the Chesterfield Valley. We are ISOCertified and FDAInspected and Certified with a fully climatecontrolled facility and individual working spaces conducive to sitting and standing.
This position will work onsite in our Chesterfield Missouri office. Candidates seeking remote work will not be considered.

Heres what youll do:
We are looking for energetic individuals with positive attitudes to join our team and help create our life and sight saving devices. All new employees receive thorough training specific to their position so no previous related experience is required. Attention to detail handeye coordination focus and a thirst to learn and advance your career are the keys to success.
Candidates should also be able to follow written and verbal instructions to ensure the precise assembly of our surgical instruments used around the globe to save the lives or the eyesight of surgical patients.
Overtime is frequently available and is compensated at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate which is commensurate with experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position. Usual hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. 40 hours per week overtime may be required as needed.
