Job Description

  • Lead and manage a highperforming digital marketingteam providing guidance support and fostering collaborative workenvironment.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategiesaligned with the overall business objectives incorporating a deepunderstanding of company services and target audience.
  • Oversee social media channels develop engagingcontent and implement campaigns to enhance brand visibility drive engagementand generate leads.
  • Create compelling and effective marketing contentincluding blog posts articles and promotional materials to support the brand messaging and attract the target audience.
  • Utilize strong sales acumen to develop and implementstrategies that drive revenue growth customer acquisition and marketexpansion.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunitiesand challenges staying abreast of industry trends and providing actionableinsights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Open new markets for consultation business througheffective networking partnerships and identifying business developmentopportunities.
  • Implement and enhance personal branding strategiesto establish a strong online presence and credibility within the industry.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of aconsistent and compelling brand image through effective personal branding andcorporate brand strategies.
  • Drive the expansion of the consulting business byidentifying and capitalising on new business opportunities partnerships andinnovative marketing approaches.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digitalmarketing campaigns utilising datadriven insights to optimize strategies andachieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends indigital marketing integrating innovative tools and techniques to enhancecampaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships withclients ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
  • Implement a culture of continuous improvement withinthe digital marketing team fostering innovation and staying ahead of industrybest practices.
  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets for digitalmarketing campaigns ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return oninvestment (ROI).


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field. Masters degree is a plus
  • 5 years in digital marketing specializing in B2B and consultancy.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Indepth understanding of sales principles driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in managing businessoriented social media channels.
  • Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Proven experience in developing effective marketing content.
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
  • Track record in opening new markets and identifying business opportunities.
  • Success in personal branding strategies.
  • Experience contributing to brand image development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis deriving actionable insights.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to integrate innovative tools and techniques with strong client relationships management skills.
  • Ability to understand and align with client business objectives.
  • Proactively seek innovative approaches and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Experience in effective budget management for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to maximize ROI and optimize resource utilization.
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.
