Job Description:
The L3Harris Communication Systems segment is seeking a highly motivated teamoriented Lead Software Engineer well versed in the leadership and design of large software applications to join an experienced Agile engineering organization. The individual will work in a team environment supporting tactical radio products contribute to the implementation and integration of software solutions and support enduser engagement feedback. This lead SW engineer will help develop creative solutions for our customers problems. As a technical and team leader of the staff the successful candidate will demonstrate initiative in the efficient development of complex systems throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will be expected to possess a thorough understanding of technical challenges including both the development methods as well as enforcing organizational behaviors to ensure quality. Experience with highlevel programming languages such as C is expected.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in York State is $115000 $213000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
