Position Summary
The Pharmacy Operations PMP Analyst is an ambassador and subject matter expert for store and field team operations as it pertains to state Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) backend reporting. The person will ensure compliance to State Controlled Substance Reporting programs. This Analyst position will be predominantly involved with backend state PMP reporting PMP error corrections and supplementary activity related to submission to PMP programs. The candidate will also be expected to perform RxConnect system testing understand industry changes and suggest process enhancements publish store communications and collaborate with many key stakeholders to drive compliance solutions and execute on deliverables. They will also be involved in additional compliance areas in pharmacy including but not limited to working on state specific regulation changes compliance audits and participation in external industry workgroups as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of fulltime work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • 2 years experience using RxConnect
  • 2 years Pharmacy Operations experience
  • 2 year experience analyzing regulatory/compliance related matters
  • 2 years experience building and delivering leadershipfacing presentations and materials
  • Demonstrated understanding of Pharmacy Operations
  • Proven ability to handle complex detailed dataoriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proven ability to develop positive working relationships with others and lead others on projects with strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and make responsible decisions including but not limited to independently managing conflicting priorities
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to absorb complex technical processes
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and comfortable speaking with leadership team
  • Aptitude for learning and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
  • Strong time management skills evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
  • Strong ability to build fast credible relationships with leaders peers and clients
  • Proven track record of high performance
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Any additional tasks as required by the supervisor or manager
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required
  • Travel up to 10 travel may be required based on needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience analyzing and synthesizing data
  • 2 years experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
  • 3 years of fulltime work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • 3 years experience using RxConnect
  • 3 years Pharmacy Operations experience
  • 3 years experience building and delivering leadershipfacing presentations and materials
  • 3 year experience analyzing regulatory/compliance related matters
  • Ability to understand and use database software such as Oracle including writing basic SQL queries
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook & Teams
  • Experience building and leading a highperforming team
  • Advanced awareness of problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to influence leaders to change thinking
  • Bachelors Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
