Who Should Join
Were looking for engineers who are:

Experienced in cloud platforms Kubernetes infrastructure automation and site reliability engineering (SRE)
Typical Roles & Responsibilities
Design build and maintain cloudnative infrastructure to support highscale applications
Develop internal developer platforms to streamline CI/CD observability and deployment processes
Architect and optimize Kubernetesbased environments for efficiency and reliability
Implement infrastructureascode (IaC) solutions for scalable and repeatable deployments
Improve system observability monitoring and alerting for proactive incident detection and resolution
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalability security and operational excellence
Establish best practices for site reliability cost efficiency and performance optimization
Automate cloud operations disaster recovery and security policies
Common Qualifications
While each startup has its own hiring criteria many senior platform engineering roles in our network look for:
5 years of experience in platform engineering DevOps SRE or cloud infrastructure
Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes Docker)
Experience with infrastructureascode (Terraform Pulumi CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible Chef Puppet)
Proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins ArgoCD GitHub Actions CircleCI Spinnaker)
Knowledge of distributed systems architecture networking and service mesh technologies (Envoy Istio Linkerd)
Expertise in observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana Datadog New Relic OpenTelemetry)
Experience with automated scaling failover and disaster recovery strategies
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python Go Bash or TypeScript for automation and tooling
Experience implementing zerotrust security models IAM policies and cloud security best practices
Familiarity with cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure
Experience in earlystage startups or fastmoving engineering teams is a plus
