Job Title: VP of Manufacturing

Job Description:
As the Vice President (VP) of Manufacturing you will lead our manufacturing operations to achieve operational excellence efficiency and quality in the production of aerospace components and systems. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing including production planning process optimization and resource management to ensure the timely delivery of highquality products to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing strategic leadership and direction to the manufacturing team aligning manufacturing efforts with company goals and objectives.
Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies policies and procedures to optimize production processes reduce costs and improve quality and delivery performance.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency productivity and safety utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and best practices.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including engineering supply chain and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing activities and alignment with customer requirements.
Building and developing a highperforming manufacturing team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field; advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred.
Proven track record of executive leadership and management experience in manufacturing preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry with a demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic objectives.
Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes automation and quality management systems with a deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing requirements and standards.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Visionary leadership style with a passion for driving innovation fostering teamwork and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional results.
