Qualifications:
Required: Must hold a Bachelors Degree with a valid Missouri teaching certificate.
Preferred: Previous experience.
FLSA: Exempt
Salary Schedule: Per Approved Teacher Salary Schedule
Direct Report: Director of Special Programs/Building Principal
Terms of Employment: 9 Month
Eligible for emergency telework: Yes
Purpose: Educate children who are diagnosed with a number of academic and/or behavior disabilities. File and update legally required federal paperwork (IEP) which outlines the necessary support accommodations and goals for individual students. Conduct meetings with parents and staff regarding educational plans and making necessary adjustments throughout the year.
