ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist all guests with luggage transporting luggage to and from guest rooms as requested while providing excellent brand standard customer service.

• Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests their locations in the hotel and hours of operation to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel.

• Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.

• Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness such as trash removal mopping up spills sweeping up trash emptying trash cans as needed.

• Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests as needed.

• Maintain the traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel.

• Ensure safety measures are followed for area.
• Available to work on a regular basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• One year hotel bellperson experience preferred.
• Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
