The Position

Poland plays the role of Technology Cocreation and Acceleration Hub building capabilities driving digital innovation. In Roche Informatics we are a team of open and friendly people enthusiastic about technological novelties and optimal IT solutions.
At Roche we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with inperson collaboration. For now we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs such as workshops conferences town halls team meetings and other collaborative events. Please note that this applies only to Poland; office presence for other locations will be discussed in oneonone meetings.
As part of our Privileged Access Management team you will work with leadingedge technologies to secure critical systems and ensure seamless secure access across the organization.
The opportunity:
Leading implementation designing integrating and automating of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions including CyberArk & HashiCorp Vault.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify security requirements and developing integration plans for strategic initiatives.
Contributing to an Agile environment improving and automating PAM capabilities for business users and security staff.
Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues sharing your expertise in PAM technologies.
Managing the operational lifecycle performance and continuous improvement of PAM infrastructure.
Driving troubleshooting efforts as part of 2nd and 3rd level support for critical issues.
Staying at the forefront of security tools recommending improvements and best practices for PAM systems.
Who you are:
Bachelors Degree in computer science engineering or a related field or equivalent industryaccredited certification.
Proven handson experience in Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management technologies CyberArk HashiCorp Vault etc. general knowledge in Cloud IAM (AWS Azure GCP) and Cloud Secrets Management.
Strong technical skills with Linux RestAPI Python PowerShell Ansible and Docker.
Experience in DevOps CI/CD methodologies and Infrastructure as Code (IAC).
Solid background in global organizations particularly in regulated industries.
Committed to continuous growth engineering excellence and proactive collaboration with a strong customer focus.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Salary range PLN gross/ month based on the employment contract (Umowa o prac) for Poland.
Annual bonus payment based on your performance;
