Job Description
Apple Valley Villapart of a senior living communityis hiring a FullTime Janitor/ Floor Care Specialistto join our team.In this role you will be responsible for cleaning carpet areas of 200 apartments and common areas along with some basic janitorial work.

This is a FullTime benefit eligible position working Friday through Tuesday 7am to 3:30pm.
Pay Range:$16 to $19 / hour depending on experience
What does a Janitor/ Floor Care Specialist do
- Clean carpet of 200 apartments and common areas.
- Take out trash and recycling.
- Complete basic cleaning/ maintenance.
- Replace light bulbs in building fixtures.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
What does a Janitor/ Floor Care Specialist require
- Previous carpet cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to run carpet extractor and drive tractor.
- Ability to use basic tools.
- Must have patience and understanding to work with a diverse population of residents.
