Your future duties and responsibilities:

Designation : Java Production Support(L3 Support)
Experience : 3 to 10 yrs
Notice Period : 0 to 30days
Location :Bangalore
Shifts : Rotational Shifts(General timing and 5 PM to 2 PM)
Mode of interview : 1st round is Virtual and 2nd round is face to face discussions.
Mandatory skills : Java Springboot Microservices Java L3 support
Added Advantage : If candidate has knowledge on Kafka

Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all offshore services for CGIs customers.
Provide production support for clients which involves monitoring analysis bug fixing etc
Provide 24X7 Support
Handle migration and patching activities for O/S servers application servers middlewares DB servers etc
Coordinate with onshore team and agencies for day to day activities
Flexible to support on 24X7 shift/weekends.
Enhancements/Customization of the product based on client requirement (Nice to Have).

Primary Skill:

Excellent Java Spring boot with Microservices Knowledge
Excellent Kafka Camunda Linux and any other Scripting knowledge
Medium exposure to SQL Postgres and MongoDB .
Exposure to Cloud concepts(kubertnets) and Jason
Exposure to AI Automation tools etc will be an added advantage
Leading a small team (Applicable for Senior Software Engineers)

Primary Soft Skill: Mandatory

Professional good verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
