Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable of entire menu proper food presentation and wine selection for upselling of items
- Take and place order into POS system distribute order to serving staff send information to cook station and ensure timely pickup of order
- Advise owner and guest of delivery time and ensure order is delivered to suite in a timely fashion
- Distribute orders to servers evenly and efficiently log service runs maintain a cash bank and ensure funds are correctly accounted for
- Ensure supplies are available in the service area
- Maintain an organized clean and presentable environment; maintain constant awareness of sanitation safety and accident prevention
- Perform other jobrelated duties as requested
Qualifications
- One 1 year of experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
- Health Card
- Food Handlers Card
- Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk distances.
- The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor you may be exposed to casinorelated environmental factors including but not limited to excessive noise.
