POSITION SUMMARY

CVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead crossfunctional engineering teams tasked with creating best in class experiences focused on identifying prioritizing and shaping complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders.

In this role you will be working across multiple engineering teams to drive the delivery of our digital products focused on helping people live healthier lives. As a Senior Technical Program Manager you will use your management skills to lead large Digital initiatives specifically supporting our Super App and Health Services teams. You should have the ability to prioritize well communicate clearly have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering program management skills. A successful candidate will be a highly driven collaborative individual; motivated to achieve results in a fastpaced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 years of experience working as a TPM or in a software engineering role leading the full cycle of large software engineering programs managing stakeholders Risk Mitigation Issue Resolution developing KPIs and Status Reporting to senior leaders
  • 5 years of experience practicing Agile development methodologies
  • 3 years of experience partnering with architecture product and PMO teams to influence product development assisting or improving products
  • 2 years in a leadership / technical lead role coordinating across software crossfunctional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise with Office 360 and Jira/Rally.
  • Certifications: PMP or Six Sigma Green Beltor Product Management
  • Domain knowledge/experience: Healthcare or enterprise products (Web & Mobile App)
  • Cloud technology experience (GCP Preferred)
  • Any experience/technical knowledge with Apigee Microservices Spring Boot React JavaScript Swift Kotlin GitHub Grafana Splunk New Relic Circle CI Harness Docker and/or Test Automation.
  • Individually motivated to be able to see the big picture and prioritize work to make the largest impact on the business and meet customers vision and requirements
  • Influence and persuade able to present sound and wellreasoned arguments to convince others. Adapt to the situation and can draw from a range of strategies to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behavior change
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent organization skills; Selfdriven and intrinsically motivated

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience (HS diploma 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118450.00 $284280.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
