Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role you will play a crucial part in shaping and delivering our marketing and communications strategies contributing to building our brands visibility and reputation in the marketplace. You will assist in the creation of compelling marketing materials including press releases newsletters and social media content to effectively communicate our brand messaging and engage our audience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and print.
- Create edit and proofread marketing materials such as brochures newsletters and presentations.
- Manage and update content on the companys website and social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging.
- Support market research efforts by gathering and analyzing data on competitors and target audiences.
- Assist with organizing and promoting company events webinars and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and project timelines.
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
