Job Description

With the extremely successful launch of Vyndaqel/Vyndamax for the treatment of patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTRCM) Pfizer cemented its position as a global leader in the field of cardiac is a US Commercial priority brand and the anchor brand for the Rare Disease BU. Midway through its life cycle Vyndamax now faces two competitors one approved in November 2024 and the other in March 2025.

The Vyndamax HCP Senior Manager will be a critical member of the HCP marketing team focusing on enabling exceptional customer experiences within an omnichannel ecosystem. Working closely with the HCP team as well as crossfunctional partners this role will support suspicion appropriate diagnosis of ATTRCM and treatment with Vyndamax. The candidate will translate customer insights into businessbuilding strategies and provide strategic direction to the HCP Team to develop and deploy innovative and impactful tactics that drive growth.

The Vyndamax HCP Senior Manager will also support additional HCP marketing tactics based on business need and capacity. These may include promotional asset development field force implementation and POA support.

The candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to use data to inform strategy take ownership in a fastpaced environment engage seamlessly with crossfunctional partners and have high learning agility.

This role will report to the US Vyndamax HCP Marketing Director.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Develop marketing plan and strategy across HCP digital ecosystemevaluate current assets and future opportunities to ensure optimal omnichannel experience for customers steeped in key insights and partnering across HCP team to ensure a cohesive plan
  • Integrate with CMO BAI and other analytics colleagues to monitor and measure omnichannel performance for quicker pivots and explore various omnichannel approaches to drive greater HCP engagement and education
  • Spearhead additional innovative channels based on uncovered HCP customer insights and needs
  • Foster a productive agency relationship and manage all projects within allocated budget as applicable
  • Support additional HCP marketing efforts as needed
  • Coordinate and align work across crossfunctional and marketing colleagues agencies and other stakeholders to ensure strategic and tactical alignment and
  • Be a patientfocused team player and exemplify the Pfizer values of Courage Excellence Equity and Joy by fostering innovation customer focus personal accountability and a commitment to results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 years of pharmaceutical industry health care or strategic consulting experience required
  • 2 years of marketing experience preferred including omnichannel
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Detail oriented independent proactive selfmotivated individual with outstanding project management interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of operating in a fastpaced highenergy environment with a change agile mindset
  • Adaptable and flexible with work; ability to work with multiple teams at the same time
  • Able to execute in the face of ambiguity or change take accountability for business challenges think strategically and tackle complex problems
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining productive/collaborative relationships
  • Effective listening and communication skills gathers input from key stakeholders and gains alignment
  • Ability to navigate internal organization/processes
  • Ability to engage and influence crossfunctional team members even without direct reporting relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs extract key insights and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results
  • Agency or vendor management experience required
  • Experience interfacing/collaborating with Regulatory Medical Legal and other functions

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5 of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
