Wage: $51.00/hour (as per existing collective agreement with CLAC subject to change and increases by CLAC).
Schedule of 14 days on 7 days off 10 hours per day shift rotation or 5 days on 2 days off 10 hours per day shift rotation
Overtime at 1.5 times wage rate after 8 hours/day (as per existing collective agreement).

Location of work: Edmonton and area Fort McMurray region Saskatchewan and British Columbia

Essential Responsibilities:

• Comprehends diagrams and schematic drawings and manuals to determine work procedures
• Installation of turbines pumps vessel and compressors
• Ability to fit bearings attach motors and connect couplings to precise tolerances
• Alignment and testing equipment to make any necessary adjustments
• Understands hydraulic pneumatic and programmable logic controls
• Maybe required do some tack welding and fabrication as well as maintain an inventory of parts
• May perform other related duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Journeyperson Millwright certification with Red Seal
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Millwright on large 100 million dollar industrial construction projects
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must successfully complete preaccess drug and alcohol testing
