Summary Statement
Selective Requirement
- Applicant must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualification
- Possess an Associates Degree in Computer Science Information Systems
- Telecommunications I/T discipline or a related field.
- Possess strong skills in design development and testing using Microsoft .NET framework
- Possess strong skills in relational database design/management
Job Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years technical experience in the development of webbased solutions
- with specific experience in the full system development lifecycle
- Possess a minimum of 4 years IT experience focused on software development report

- development lifecycle and application support
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in .NET technologies to include C#.NET 4.0 or
- higher and .NET Core C#
- Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in reporting applications like SQL Reporting Services
- Possess a minimum of 1 year experience working knowledge of the all SCRUM framework
- practices rules and Agile SDLC
- Possess professional certifications commensurate with Beginner to Intermediate technical
- capabilities
Conditions of Hire
Criminal background check: A satisfactory fingerprint based criminal background check administered by the Delaware State Police is required as a Condition of Hire.
