Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team! As part of our events department you will assist in the planning coordination and of a diverse array of events ranging from corporate meetings to largescale conferences and social gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and of various events
- Coordinate with vendors venues and service providers
- Manage event logistics including setup and breakdown
- Create and manage event timelines and schedules
- Communicate with clients to determine their needs and preferences
- Assist in budget management and tracking expenses
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Event Management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
