Key roles and responsibilties
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in advising/ working with PE/VCs Offshore Funds AIFs in India and in GIFT SWFs and Asset Managers on the entire life cycle of a Fund from tax and regulatory perspective (includes GP fund and management structuring diligences and transactions structuring and documentation reviews fund implementation portfolio level structuring/ reorganisations tax compliances tax and regulatory advisory etc. across investment strategies.
