Our People & Culture team are committed to fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing for our employees. As part of our ongoing efforts to support workplace health and reduce the impact of injuries we are seeking an experienced Senior Injury Management Advisor to join our dynamic team.
You will manage the endtoend injury management and workers compensation function as well as manage complex claims providing occupational health strategies and delivering expert advice to ensure a healthy workforce. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience in injury management rehabilitation or workers compensation. You will also have a comprehensive knowledge of injury management practices relevant legislation and returntowork processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage sensitive and complex situations. This includes experience in managing stakeholder relationships as well as analytical skills to interpret injury data and develop actionable insights.
