Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
Routine food preparation and delivery of hot and cold foods within the hospital.
- Perform routine tasks related to cleanup and sanitation of the kitchen dining or serving areas.
- Properly prepare serve and store food in accordance with hospital policies.
- Ensure compliance with state or federal regulations.
- Prepare food according to standardized recipes and approved menus.
- Understand and apply the sanitation procedures needed to provide a safe and healthy environment.
- Adhere to menu compliance special diet compliance and dietary noncompliance concern or complaint of patients to the dietician supervisor or manager.
