What is a Sales AgentThe role of a Sales Agent is one that demands utmost professionalism integrity and a customercentric approach. A Sales Agent builds trust with their clients by engaging them in a respectful manner and ensuring they are offered financial products in line with their needs.
The role calls for formal inhouse training in conjunction with continuous on the job coaching and development.
As a Sales Agent with Old Mutual you will represent the ideals and values to which the company has subscribed for over 175 years Integrity Professionalism and Customerfirst.
What is required of you
Marketing Old Mutual products to new and existing clients in line with the clients needs and financial goals to enable positive financial futures and protection of assets and estate.
As a financial services professional you will be accountable for maintaining superior service delivery to your customers through effective personal time and task management.
What do we need from you
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- 612 months sales/retails sales experience
- Previous Working experience in Financial Industry advantageous
- A clear criminal and credit check
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
