Job Title: Coordinator Construction
Reports to: Executive Director of Facilities
Dept/Campus: Facilities
Pay Grade: Administrative/Professional PG 5
Wage Status: Exempt
Days: 240
Primary Purpose:
Coordinate and oversee all new construction and renovation projects in the district. Ensure compliance with all planning and zoning requirements.
Qualifications Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelors in construction science or related field preferred
Clear and valid Texas drivers license
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Entry Qualifications:
Five years construction project management architectural or engineering experience on multimilliondollar projects with experience in K12 construction preferred.
Five years experience working as an owners representative for construction projects.
