About the Role:
Gen3 seeks a motivated Proposal Manager to support the strategic development of proposals for federal and state clients. This role will involve managing the fullcycle proposal process enhancing proposal operations and ensuring compliance with governmental requirements.
Project basis: Hours will vary based on RFP submission and client requirements and from project to project. Typically 10 to 50 hours will be needed per project.
Type of Work: Contract/1099.
Location: Remote US.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee the proposal process ensuring the submission of compliant and compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership business development and SMEs to mature the proposal development process.
- Facilitate formal proposal reviews ensuring highquality submissions that meet compliance standards.
- Contribute to writing and editing proposals and white papers.
- Manage the organization of past performance and proposal libraries.
- Support the development of team members.
- Contribute to the development of Gen3s corporate strategy by supporting the proposal management team.
- Assist in setting direction for proposal development aligning it with Gen3s strategy.
- Promote Gen3 values while participating in practicebuilding and business development initiatives.
- Support the growth of client relationships by identifying new opportunities and adapting to client needs.
- Help drive client strategy by maintaining highvalue relationships and aligning proposal efforts with client goals.
- Five to ten years of related experience.
- Proven expertise in fullcycle proposal management for federal government proposals and RFPs.
- Experience in project management and technical writing is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting federal or state agencies is highly desired.
- Shipley training or certification and project management training or certification are advantageous.

Employment Eligibility: Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Most of our positions require a government security clearance you must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder for consideration. Certain positions require at least three 3 of the past five 5 years of residence in the United States.
Other Requirements:
- A minimum of three 3 out of the past five 5 years of residency in the United States is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess either an active green card or citizenship.
- Prospective employees offered a position must have work authorization that does not necessitate employersponsored visa sponsorship both presently and in the future.
- Those selected for this role may undergo a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for accessing classified information or be eligible for security clearances.
