Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation or upgrade projects.
- 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing.
- 8 years of experience identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.
- 8 years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
- 8 years of experience performing handson endtoend system integration and external interface testing.
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) (at least 4
- 8 years of experience with MS Teams and channel communication with a large team (at least 2
Preferred:
- 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government).
- 2 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
- 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
- 1 year of experience with Jira.
- 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
- 1 year of experience with STAT.
Specific Skills:
- PeopleSoft FSCM (eProcurement Strategic Sourcing)
