Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager with expertise in managing highrise construction projects Our client a top construction general contractor in Tampa FL is seeking a driven leader to oversee complex highrise developments ensuring timely and budgetfriendly project delivery.

These projects demand expertise in logistics materials management and structural engineering. As the Senior Project Manager you will lead largescale highrise developments coordinating teams to ensure these iconic structures are delivered safely on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of highrise construction projects.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate architects engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project .
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to provide project updates and address challenges.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities meet safety regulations and building codes.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience managing largescale highrise construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage complex multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in budgeting scheduling and resource management.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
