In this Associate role each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Execute portfolio credit stress tests using NABs credit risk stress testing engine (Rbased software).
- Assess and analyse stress tests for accuracy and deliver key insights and reporting on stress test results.
- Assist in testing strategic changes to the credit risk stress testing approach and methodology.
- Prepare and reconcile the data extract used for credit risk stress testing.
- Develop and maintain the Rbased Stress Testing Engine.
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Proven experience working within a data modelling analytical and/or data capacity.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and evidencebased decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent R and SQL programming skills paired with a strong ability to work with Excel.
- A quantitative skillset or knowledge to understand credit models and related concepts.
- A background or qualification in commerce economics programming engineering or in data science/programming would be highly advantageous.
