Ayvens Remarketing Team is looking for a new colleague as Remarketing Specialist having a fixed term contract. Below you may see the roles description and case they are of interest for you please send your applications to us.
Primary responsibilities:
- Processes of documents for returned cars (CIV fiscal documents etc).
- Process the information within CRI/NOLS and generate the invoice for B2B/B2C sales.
- Close the objects in the system after cars are returned at the end of the leasing contract.
- Keep contact with car deregistration company on daytoday activities.
- Manage the complaints received from B2B traders.
- Check and book invoices in the system for payment.
- Prepares periodically reports to management.
To be able to achieve all of this you need to have:
- University Degree economical or in technical field.
- Experience in automotive or administrative field.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Speaks and writes fluently in local and English.
- Strong analytical skills and proven problemsolving attitude.
- Good relationship builder leadership shows respect in the interaction with the colleagues.
- Very organized person works well under pressure displays commitment and expertise.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
