The Sr. Manager will manage and lead oversight of the Company compliance program for the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Reliability Standards including the implementation and monitoring of compliance initiatives associated with new revised and existing CIP requirements. In addition provide leadership and manage the corporate CIP Compliance team in their support of the Company CIP compliance processes business units and oversight responsibilities. This position will be the primary compliance contact and advisor for the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on CIP compliance and will be the interface between the SMEs and the Director NERC Compliance on compliancerelated issues.Responsible for overall CIP compliance program management and coordination including the investigation and mitigation of any outstanding compliance issues and partnering with the IT and business units to develop and implement mitigation plans.
