Amazons Selling Partner Infrastructure and Financial services organization is looking for a passionate innovative resultsoriented Strategy and Planning Product Manager to own programs processes and mechanisms that enable the organization to scale and invent on behalf of its customers.
The candidate will shine in ambiguous situations navigating between the details and big picture and playing a primary role of owner complex and strategic initiatives taking an active role in our organizations most visible documents and artifacts (e.g. quarterly business reviews annual operating plans 3year vision plans). The candidate will partner with the leadership team to develop and drive operational processes.
The ideal candidate influences successfully at all levels thinks strategically is a talented writer and a strong organizer takes initiative and operates effectively across many teams. The candidate sees around corners is biased for action in ensuring the team is set up for success in achieving our goals and earns trust with stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities Lead strategic business program across the organization. Act as a business partner to the SPIF leadership team providing insights to help shape the strategy of the business. Assist VP in developing and delivering key communication to the broader organization. Drive best practices for product development across the organization. Contribute to DEI initiatives and actions.
Bachelors degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience technical product management
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement
