Job Description
Location:
2727 N Central Ave Phoenix Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaUHaul International is seeking hardworking energetic team players to join the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Follow up on tolls parking and fine citations
Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties
Work with customers field locations DMVs and the UHaul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
Good attendance record
Previous call center/phonebased work experience
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Taskoriented and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Work Schedule:
2530 hours/week between 6am6pm MondayFriday and 6am4:30pm on Saturday
