We are seeking a highly motivated goaloriented Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic real estate team. Our ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following;
Engage in daily prospecting and lead generation activities
Build and nurture a pipeline of potential clients
Qualify leads based on motivation competition and financial readiness
Schedule appointments for agents and help manage the sales funnel
Make outbound calls and provide effective followup
Meet and exceed productivity and appointment goals
Maintain accurate records of metrics and client interactions
Use provided scripts to communicate value and overcome objections
Collaborate with the team to ensure a topnotch client experience
Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
