AWS Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (Ent AM) to help build the healthcare business market in Queensland (QLD). The Ent AM will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share driving maturity and broad use of AWS within a single key customer realizing the transformation of healthcare for QLD citizens.
Key job responsibilities
Build and execute strategic focus within your patch by defining overarching mission goals and success metrics in line with customer vision working with internal stakeholders (technical Professional Services Customer Solutions Support Training etc) to deliver growth and high value engagements.
Influence and educate customer executives to understand how to transform in the cloud and deliver value to reimagine clinician and patient experience.
Work with the Leaders to support you and the customer to accelerate adoptions deliver upon strategic programs of work Think Big goals and increase account growth.
Manage complex contract negotiations working with senior executives both inside and outside of AWS and serve as a liaison to the legal group.
Research and identify new opportunities for the QLD Healthcare system including specific prospects/partners to approach with a technical value proposition for using AWS services and Amazon businesses.
Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with your technical (solutions architects and cloud architects) to define customer requirements and identify & quantify benefits/value to be realized by customer.

You will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline delivering on account strategies identifying and building relationships with key decision makers working with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to create and present compelling solutions that drive great customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter adaptable articulate passionate about creating great customer outcomes and have an entrepreneurial spirit. AWS is strongly positioned for continued growth based on its wide range of local customer successes stories relationships contractual agreements and a deep and capable partner network.

7 years of direct sales or business development in software cloud or SaaS markets selling to Clevel executives experience
10 years of business development partner development sales or alliances management experience
5 years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
