- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors including students parents staff and guests.
- Directing Inquiries:
- Answering phone calls taking messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintaining a Tidy Reception Area:
- Ensuring the reception area is clean organized and equipped with necessary materials (e.g. pens forms).
- Monitoring Access:
- Ensuring the security of the school by monitoring access to the building and potentially maintaining a visitor register.
Administrative Support:
- Scheduling and Appointment Management:Scheduling appointments for students staff and parents and managing calendars.
- General Clerical Duties:Performing routine clerical tasks such as filing copying scanning and maintaining records.
- Communication and Correspondence:Answering emails drafting correspondence and preparing outgoing mail.
- Supporting School Administration:Providing general administrative support to the school administration including assisting with events and meetings.
- Maintaining Office Supplies:Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Data Entry and Management:Performing light data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
