Job Summary
The Health Insurance Place is looking to have a Health Insurance Agent with 12 years of experience in Medicare benefits join the team. As a Health Insurance Agent you will help clients enroll in various products including Medicare advantage plans supplements and individual plans.
In this fulltime opportunity our sales team works in a fastpaced environment where performance is rewarded. Youre helping families every day by ensuring they have the right amount of coverage without overpaying for it by writing individual policies for clients through Pennie. You will assist Medicare eligible clients by reviewing medications physicians and general care concerns to determine the best plan for their needs.

Licensing We cover the licensing and continuing education costs to grant your appointment with multiple insurance companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify client needs and recommend products or solutions that best fulfill those needs
Promptly follow up with prospects and clients to ensure all questions are answered
Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
Accurately document and maintain client and prospect files per company procedures
Remain up to date on industry changes and crossselling opportunities
Primary Skills & Requirements:
A passion for serving clients is required
Experience in Medicare as a licensed agent
Relationship building with referral sources
Coachability & willingness to learn
Competitive positive personality with motivation to succeed
Time efficiency & astute with technology
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel OneDrive
Flexibility with hours and travel as needed
Health & Life Insurance License in Pennsylvania
