Job Description
Primary Function:
The Workforce Development Instructor will support the growth and development of the local workforce by delivering specialized training programs for new expanding and existing businesses. This role is focused on Operator Qualifications (OQ) and Polyfusion providing highquality instruction to ensure trainees gain essential skills aligned with industry standards. The instructor will also help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements facilitate industry certifications and expand training programs to meet evolving workforce needs.
