Job Description
Job Title: Senior Project Manager Ecommerce & Marketing
Location: Remote (Offshore LATAM or South Africa preferred)
Type: FullTime Remote

We re a fullservice marketing agency helping ecommerce businesses grow through datadriven strategy and . Our clients typically generate between $1M $10M in annual revenue and we support them across digital marketing operations creative and beyond.
As we continue to scale we re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our fully remote team and help keep projects running smoothly across multiple clients and internal teams.
The Role
You ll manage marketing and ecommerce projects endtoend aligning timelines deliverables and expectations across crossfunctional teams and clients. Were looking for a proactive communicator an Asana ninja and someone who thrives in a fastpaced fully remote setting.

What You ll Do

Lead and manage full project lifecycles across multiple clients

Coordinate with marketing creative operations and other internal teams

Track progress dependencies and deliverables using Asana

Serve as the main point of contact for internal updates and client communications

Proactively identify risks and remove blockers

Maintain and improve SOPs workflows and documentation
-
Report on project performance and key KPIs

Apply a strategic lens to project based on marketing goals
What We re Looking For

5 10 years of project management experience ideally in a marketing agency or ecommerce environment

Proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously

Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals especially in digital
-
Strong communication organization and timemanagement skills

Musthave: Experience with Asana Slack and Google Workspace
-
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Zapier Hubspot or other automation/CRM platforms
-
Ecommerce experience is a big plus

Comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team

Selfstarter with a detailoriented and solutiondriven mindset
