Job Description

Position Summary:

We re seeking a Process Engineer to join a highperforming manufacturing team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. In this role you ll play a key part in implementing new equipment and processes to achieve goals around OEE process capacity and compliance. You ll collaborate crossfunctionally with operations quality maintenance and engineering teams supporting a Lead Engineer to deliver projects experiments and customer samples with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation commissioning and startup of new production equipment.
  • Execute process improvement projects experiments and statistical analyses aimed at improving critical process capabilities.
  • Implement systems and devices to monitor and control production processes.
  • Partner with Process Technicians to meet production output and quality targets.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for new processes and equipment.
  • Author and maintain safe operating procedures (SOPs) for new and modified equipment.
  • Stay current on industry advancements by maintaining vendor relationships and tracking equipment innovations.
  • Perform additional duties and project support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a technical field (or equivalent handson experience).
  • 1 2 years of experience in equipment design installation or process engineering.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Access).
  • Strong communication problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working crossfunctionally to support plant objectives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience with magnet wire processes or similar manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards
  • Understanding of environmental health and safety (EHS) practices
