About The Role:
As the General Manager Workplace Relations Transformation youll lead the development planning and of key People and Wellbeing initiatives projects aligned with our broader strategic goals. Youll provide expert industrial relations advice guide risk reduction strategies and lead a dedicated Workplace Relations Project team to deliver bestpractice systems processes and policies.
This role is all about driving operational excellence supporting cultural change and building capability across our leadership teams to create a positive and consistent employee experience.
