Softball Assistant Coach

Cottage Grove High School is searching for an assistant softballcoach who shares and is committed to:

Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide guidance to all levels of Cottage Grove Softball including youth and summer program
Effectively analyze and teach the fundamentals skills and strategies of the sport
Work with the head coach to plan organize conduct and evaluate practices session along with develop implement and evaluate game plans and strategies
Serve as a leader mentor and rolemodel to the studentathletes of the program
Experience playing or coaching softball (baseball unfortunately does not count as softball)
Confident in an ability to teach fundamentals
Flexible work schedule that leaves MF open from 47pm and can adapt for away games and early games during the week
Ability to potentially coach the JV softball team
Compensation
Compensation will be granted according to the current salary schedule.
