Senior Creative Designer

Salary: 43000 per annum plus company benefits

Location: 2 King Edward Street London EC1A 1HQ

Contract: Full time permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday 10am6pm with a 30minute break

Work model: Fully onsite

Purpose of role

The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for leading and delivering highimpact creative solutions across digital and print platforms while driving innovation and elevating the overall quality of creative output. This role requires a handson designer who excels at concept development and collaborationworking closely with internal teams and clients to translate complex ideas into visually compelling strategic designs.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in creative direction media production and communication along with a forwardthinking approach to design. They will play a key role in shaping the creative vision mentoring team members and contributing to the continued evolution of the studios capabilities. A solid understanding of working within corporate environments including navigating technical and security frameworks is essential.

The Role

  • Lead the creation and delivery of highquality creative content that goes beyond the brief to exceed client expectations.

  • Champion innovation and creative excellence within the team and client accounts.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Services team to ensure a seamless strategic delivery of work.

  • Mentor and support the development of design team members.

  • Strengthen and grow client relationships to drive new opportunities and build a strong project pipeline.

  • Stay at the forefront of digital trends tools and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to the strategic development of the creative team and services.

  • Solve creative and operational challenges with proactive thinking.

  • Serve as a technical expert across Adobe Creative Cloud Microsoft Office and both print and digital platforms.

  • Apply a strong design eye to elevate the studios creative output.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in every aspect of production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate original compelling visual concepts that meet business and audience needs.

  • Inspire and guide the team to deliver highquality design solutions from concept to final output.

  • Build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders adding creative and strategic value.

  • Identify new creative opportunities and help grow the studios presence with clients.

  • Remain uptodate on market trends technologies and design best practices.

  • Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

  • Consult during briefing stages to recommend the best creative and media solutions.

  • Oversee complex projects coordinating resources anticipating challenges and ensuring delivery.

  • Ensure consistency and quality of messaging visuals and technical output across all deliverables.

  • Provide guidance and training to team members supporting their growth and development.

  • Apply expertlevel knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Utilize working knowledge of SharePoint basic web development and design for innovation platforms including AR/VR and UI/UX.

Person Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident clear and personable.

  • Enjoys presenting creative ideas and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring design teams with a proactive and solutionfocused approach.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print.

  • Highly organized able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Approaches work with a calm collaborative and professional demeanor.

  • Deep technical and creative knowledge across integrated design disciplines.

  • Passionate about design creativity and pushing creative boundaries.
