Economic Regeneration Fuelling Economic Growth
We have an exciting opportunity within our Economy and Regeneration team for a receptionist to support the delivery of the Business Cyber Centre in Chippenham.
As a receptionist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the site remains operational by supporting various administrative and facilities management tasks. You will be the main point of contact for enquiries and visitor experiences whether people are visiting for meetings or regular use. Your responsibilities will include handling digital bookings of meeting rooms and events ensuring rooms are set up with necessary equipment layout and refreshments as well as managing administrative tasks.
This position requires flexibility for events and site emergencies making it ideal for someone local returning to work or seeking a career change. Confidence and professionalism in interacting with people at all levels facetoface in writing and over the phone are essential. You must be able to manage your workload and prioritise deadlines effectively.

As a casual worker youll have no fixed hours and will work on an asneeded basis depending on Wiltshire Councils requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
