In this role you will lead the charge in defining and amplifying our brands presence ensuring we remain the goto choice for auto dealers and industry partners nationwide.

What Youll Do
Develop & Execute Brand Strategy: Lead the brand vision positioning and messaging ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Oversee crosschannel campaigns that drive awareness engagement and customer acquisition across digital traditional and experiential touchpoints.
Strengthen Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in brand voice visual identity and storytelling across all customer and partner touchpoints.
Drive Thought Leadership & Market Influence: Position the company as an industry innovator through content public relations and executive visibility strategies.
Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with product sales and customer service teams to ensure the brand experience is seamless engaging and customerfocussed.
Leverage Data & Insights: Use analytics and customer insights to inform marketing strategies optimize performance and measure brand health.
A high level of adaptability and resilience with the ability to manage shifting priorities and executivelevel requests while maintaining strategic focus.
Lead & Inspire a HighPerforming Team: Build mentor and manage a team of brand marketers.
What You Bring
The ideal Candidate will have:
Experience in brand marketing with a proven track record in the financial services fintech auto or businessfacing industries.
A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful brand initiatives.
A high level of adaptability and resilience with the ability to manage priorities and executivelevel requests while maintaining strategic focus.
Expertise in multichannel marketingfrom digital social and content marketing to traditional and experiential activations.
A datadriven approach with experience leveraging analytics customer insights and market research to drive decisions.
Leadership skills that inspireexperience managing teams fostering innovation and collaborating crossfunctionally at all levels.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience working with internal creative teams and agencies to execute highquality campaigns.
B2B marketing experience preferred particularly in building brand equity and driving customer and partner engagement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or military experience
At least 6 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Communications
At least 3 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Marketing Communications or Business
3 years of experience in direct marketing and brand management in a Business to Business (B2B) environment
3 years of work experience in financial services or auto industry
5 years of people management experience
8 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Communications

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano TX: $181800 $207500 for Director BrandCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
