Custodian-180 Day Floater

QUALIFICATIONS:1. Experience in the custodial trade preferred.2. Knowledgeable of building infrastructure in particular boilers and/or heating ventilationand air conditioning units and fire alarm and sprinkler systems with appropriate districtprovided training.3. Ability to assume custodial job related duties required of a physically demanding job.4. Certification of good health signed by a medical professional in order to be further medical review as appropriate through a school appointed physician.5. Ability to pass any required or mandated trainings provided by the employer such asOSHA requirements needed to perform any job related responsibility.6. A sense of humor and a proven ability to work in a polite and friendly manner with allstaff members students and with the larger educational community.7. Knowledge of SchoolDude work order computer system preferred with appropriatedistrict provided training.8. Such job related alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Departmentmay find appropriate and TO:Head Custodian Director of Facilities and the Building Principal and/or his/her designee.
