The New Seller Recruitment org under Selling Partner Recruitment and Success (SPRS) identifies and recruits the brands and products our customers want and helps drive their success by ensuring a strong start on Amazon. As a Sales Success Specialist you will be partnering with SPRS Sales and the extended Sales Strategy and Operations team to provide strategic business insights and support business growth and operational excellence. In this role you will learn and be curious about customer pain points and opportunities and identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to deliver on overall business objectives. You will establish processes and mechanisms develop understanding about internal Amazon systems build strategies for optimization and automation and play a critical role in driving goals. You will have deep experience in sales processes and tools and reporting analytics to assist in supporting a worldclass sales team. The ability to comprehend both quantitative and qualitative data points connect the dots and create executivelevel content is critical to be successful in this role.
Key job responsibilities The key job responsibilities in this role will include but not limited to 1 Proactively analyze processes and mechanisms with suboptimal performance and focus on defect reduction and increased productivity 2 Manage relationships with crossfunctional offshore team and external stakeholders 3 Drives Paragon experience with continuous Paragon optimization 4 Resource building like wiki and other repositories 5 dashboard creation data reporting and data analysis 6 Own Account Rep(AR) Experience agenda covering (i) AR Education such as trainings and workshops content standardization; (ii) Development of Tools for ARs as well as influencing other teams to develop features needed (iii) Monitor seller satisfaction surveys 7)Plan design and oversee the tactical of key initiatives building and managing roadmap to achieve results 8 support ad hoc projects as needed
Bachelors degree or equivalent Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level 3 years of working crossfunctionally with tech and nontech teams experience Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using paragon Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools Experience presenting to senior leadership Experience working in Retail or thirdparty sales Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
