Position Summary:
Ignite Community Schools is seeking a dynamic and resultsdrivenprojectmanager for Student Recruitment &Community Engagementto lead coordinatesupportand execute studentrecruitment and community engagementstrategies across our statewide network of schools. This role will serve as a critical driver of enrollment growth bycreating meaningful relationships with community stakeholderssupporting the of strategicmarketing campaignsleading grassroots outreach effortsand ensuring seamless collaboration with the Marketing& CommunicationsTeam.

Key Responsibilities:
ProjectManagement & Strategic Leadership:
- Track milestones timelines deliverables and progress toward enrollment targets across all campuses.
- Facilitate weekly project update meetings with school leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust strategies accordingly.
Recruitment Strategy Development & :
- Collaborate with school leadership and the Marketing & Communications Team to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns and support their .
- Lead the of strategic grassroots outreach efforts including community partnerships doortodoor campaigns event coordination and family engagement strategies.
Marketing & Communications:
- Draft compelling content for all campus social media platforms in furtherance of approved recruitment strategies.
- Support the Communications team in creating content for newsletters social media website updates and other outreach materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across allcampussocial media platforms.
- Assist the Marketing & Communications team in understanding local market trends target demographics and competition.
Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement community engagement plans for schools to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between the school district and community organizations businesses and local government agencies such as the local Chambers of Commerce.
- Plan coordinate and promote campus events and community meetings.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships that support Ignite programs and initiatives.
- Monitor community feedback and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Represent the Ignite brand at campus community events meetings and public forums.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelors Degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field preferred).
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in community engagement public relations or a related field. Experience in education or a nonprofit setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan and execute events and initiatives that engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media digital communication tools etc..
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of charter school operations and educationrelated community resources is a plus.
Other:
- Some travel may be required to attend school and community functions.
