Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and maintain agents across multiple product lines
- Execute online/offline campaigns to support agent growth
- Promote via ads content marketing forums and social platforms
- Engage streamers and KOLs as potential agents
- Build strong trust-based relationships with agents
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in agent recruitment or similar fields
- Knowledge of recruitment and promotional channels
- Existing agent/customer resources preferred
- Strong communication and self-motivation
